  7. This attorney has been so focused on his TV appearances that he failed to read the indictment. Trump was not indicted for publicly lying to his supporters. The First Amendment does protect his ability to lie and mislead his followers. The four felony counts are for conspiracies to defraud, disenfranchise and interfere with official Congressional process. There are also six co-conspirators.
