  4. After McCarthy refused to choose participants, a select committee was formed to investigate the sedition of January 6th and before. Despite the free pass to fill the committee with only patriotic Democrats, the only two honorable Republicans in the House were chosen to serve. What was the reward from the GOP for the only Republicans willing to expose the domestic terrorism on the right? They were pushed out of the party by the people who cheered on the attack on our Capitol from the sidelines.
