  3. ​​ @garygemmell3488 Gov. Bill Weld was frozen out of his primary challenge to Trump in 2020. Incumbents only face primary challenges if the party chair decides to. Kennedy has no argument here but he only has Republican support anyway. Why not run as a Republican?
