  1. None of that is true, Rosy. If it helps, Trump was impeached twice while in office as President. He is having his second trial after he left office because he committed an act of sedition two weeks prior to leaving office. I hope that makes it a bit clearer!

  5. NOBODY BUT CONGRESS MAY SUBMIT A PROPOSED CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT TO THE STATES, IF THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT LANGUAGE IS APPROVED BY A TWO-THIRDS VOTE OF BOTH HOUSES. CONGRESS MUST CALL A CONVENTION FOR PROPOSING AMENDMENTS UPON APPLICATION OF  THE LEGISLATURES OF TWO-THIRDS OF THE STATES, NOT EVEN THE RICH.

  12.  @TheBradylands  not entirely. Trump was impeached while in office for what he did in office, though. The trial was delayed at Trump's request. Former Secretary of War, Belknap, resigned and was still impeached after he left office in 1876. The original intent of impeachment was always to impeach after a term instead of during one but the use as a guardrail caused that to shift.

  13. You just have to hope and pray that Trump is convicted; it would mean so much to freedom-loving people all over the world. Then again, all his followers think accountability for wrongdoing is oppression so who's to say?
