  4. "Constitutional Cancel Culture" is neither a thing nor a defense for inciting sedition in the form of domestic terrorism. This isn't a culture war. You can hate BLM or Antifa or both but it doesn't make the attack on our Capitol any less of an attack.

  7. If you were American, you'd know that's not true. We study civics in order to understand our system of government. Admittedly it's complicated, as evidenced by the number of people who think impeachment are only for sitting Presidents. My high school civics teacher told me I'd be surprised when I asked him when we'd ever need to know this stuff. He was right and lots of folks didn't pay attention.

  8. The legal precedent was established in 1876 when President Ulysses S. Grant's Secretary of War was impeached, tried and convicted after he'd resigned. Trump was impeached twice while in office it's just his second trial happened after he left office because of when he committed his most recent crimes and he asked for a delay to mount a defense.
