  5. Hunter Biden is not an elected official and can't be impeached. President Biden could be impeached if he committed high crimes or misdemeanors. Defeating a disgraced former President is not a high crime or a misdemeanor, however.

  6. Republicans benefit the most from Trump's indictments. Trump coming off the ballot creates a lane for them. Trump remaining in control of the RNC makes election wins for Democrats much easier. Dems love to face Trump, he's a loser.
