  2. Trump definitely hasn't provided much of a defense to refute the mountain of evidence and witness testimony. The jury is going to presume innocence, though, and the burden of proof is on the state of New York.

  3. Everything Michael Cohen is testifying to is backed up by documents, other witness testimony or both. He has a credibility problem but nowhere near the lack of credibility as the criminal defendant.
