Weird. VA isn't teaching CRT. FOX is creating a fervor over nothing. It's a bit of a misnomer since Critical Race Theory isn't a theory at all, it's historical fact.

@Phaedrus Moros the opposite is true. CRT is the origin of institutional racism founded in post-slavery real estate and lending practices. Sounds like you took FOX's word for the course instead of the content of the course.

CRT is based in fact, it's continued applications and ethnicity as a social construct is theory. Inequalities in the justice system are mirrored in inequalities in wealth. Wealth inequalities were established systematically following the Civil War.
