  3. Levin is intentionally misleading with this false equivalence. A search and seizure was ordered because our disgraced former President refused to comply with requests. Our current President should not have documents and voluntarily turned them over. The circumstances are different and the investigations will reveal culpability in both cases. Declassification is irrelevant. Levin knows it's irrelevant and stealing, storing and possession of government documents is prohibited by individuals. The real question is, what is Levin's motivation? Does he think his audience is too stupid to know he is manipulating the truth??
