Trump wasn't accused of having a white box, the documents were confirmed to be in his possession and requested by the National Archives before a claim was filed with the DOJ. I'm not sure about the veracity of the claim on nuclear documents but it sure appears as though they were reclaimed as quickly and safely as possible while strictly adhering to the Fourth Amendment.

  11.  @michaeljoseph2285  the Department of Justice filed paperwork for the public offering of documents. The judge signing the warrant is the only one who can approve its public disclosure. Trump could always release the warrant and receipt of confiscation in the meantime - that's his right.
