The Telegraph talks about Kennedy in an article entitled Samoa's Perfect Storm and the Washington Post published a story called, "Deadly measles outbreak hits children in Samoa after anti-vaccine fears" which describes Kennedy's role. I'm not sure where you were looking but this isn't new or hidden information.
