  3. It's sort of a moot point. The only ones who can impose ethical standards on the Supreme Court are the Justices on the SCOTUS. Clarence Thomas is under fire now because his conflicts have gone public. The reality is: Clarence Thomas didn't violate a rule, there's no rule. If left to police themselves, the SCOTUS will opt not to. Pressure on Thomas may force the majority conservative court to shift which would effect everyone. I wouldn't hold my breath, though.

  6. He just declared last week. Polling for declared candidates will be evolving. It's unlikely Hutchinson will generate national appeal, however.
