  2.  @VertexGolfAcademy  that's not how Obstruction works. If it did, everyone investigated could simply, obstruct, obfuscate and interfere with due process in order to avoid charges. The investigation was sound and the conspiracy was not sufficiently founded as a result of the dozen instances of criminal obstruction. Don't take my word for it, there are 1000 federal prosecutors willing to prosecute this case, you can read their open letter and rationale.
