  1. Accepting a presidential pardon is an acceptance of guilt with a commutation of a sentence. It is not an overturned conviction or expungement of a criminal record. A pardoned criminal can't reasonably say they are innocent after accepting a pardon.

  2.  @RolandMichalak  before you decide to say 'Obama is a con' and suggest he'd be lynched, go stand in front of a mirror and see the perfect reflection of you without serious errors in your life. Then, get the real facts, walk in Obama's shoes and you'll get the majority of your answers. Last but not least, it is obvious you're not knowledgeable about how politics operate and yet you support them with your tax money. Most people as yourself are not educated in the field of politics and that's why your comments arose. My best, whoever you are.
