The Temps - people who as a result of a financial crisis or some trauma, end up on the street but will get back on their feet. 5% 2. The mentally ill - they will probably die on the streets, as is their right. 50% 3. The Don't Wannas - these individuals have zero desire to get off the streets. They want nothing to do with what humanity calls civilization. 45% 45%.

  3. You have to WANT to recover. One has to have will. The medical experts are not wrong in that there are those that will NEVER be helped. Sorry. I knew my sister was going to die. I told my niece and my mother this and they believed she was going to recover. She died after experiencing fentanyl for the first time.

CHINA is the #1 supplier of dangerous opioids, like fentanyl, in B.C. Fact. CHINA OWNS B.C. They pay off the cops, The RCMP and the politicians. Facts. Afraid of being accused of racism? What I just watched was EVERY other documentary I've ever seen on drug problems.
