  1. The whole point of letting Manning go is exactly far more devious than mere political expediency or any false legacy for that matter. Manning will be left to the wild. No protection. No reassignment surgery. No guest shots on any TV shows, even with Trump as POTUS. Manning is, in a word...dead.
