  4. Trump is using the tariff threat to keep other SOCIALIST MONOPOLY countries in line. Right now in the States you are allowed to purchase up to $800 worth of foreign goods without additional import duty. In Canada, its 10X LESS. If I buy something from the States that's $83 CDN, I'm hit with import duty taxes, typically up to $25 MORE. Right now Canadians are DISCOVERING that buying Canadian is a NO GO, unless you are affluent because there is little to no FREE trade between our own provincial borders. Did you know, as an example, that Canadians are FORCED to buy more expensive milk products from places like Quebec because of the monopoly on milk? Or that we all pay cell phone amounts that are astronomical due to a telecom monopoly? Or that the rest of Canada is beholden to Quebec, which STEALS from the other provinces? Be less interested in 🐂💩 socialist "ideals" and programs and the tariffs will be lowered.
