  1. This SCIENCE was known in 2019...and 2003, after SARS(Covid 1). The N95 has to be properly fitted and must be worn constantly. Other masks, like disposable, paper or CLOTH are useless. There's nothing NEW here. Like LONG COVID, a pre existing condition already known as post pneumonic syndrome. If you have a serious bout of pneumonia or double pneunomia, you are left with PERMANENT scarring on lungs, leading to: fatigue, brain fog, headache etc. But LONG COVID sells fear better than post pneumonic syndrome. See?
