  1. This waste extends to other businesses, like education, specifically post education structures, like universities. In the 60's it was decided that smaller facilities, like teachers colleges or community colleges, would be absorbed by large institutions or conglomerate themselves into these larger structures. In a matter of time these larger institutions even developed their own governments, laws and bureaucracies to control how, why, when, who was allowed to learn, teach, work etc in these governments. A university is an excellent miniature depiction of the greater government at large. Not at all unlike the military, in certain cases.
