Poorer neighbourhoods in Chicago, specifically African American communities(according to statistics and newmedia), are suffering more losses to life compared to more affluent communities(including African American). What did you think I was insinuating? Too many people in one small area(geographically). Some co-morbitities(diabetes chief among them). Community spread. More death. If I was in charge in Chicago, I would make sure that those communities were moved(for a time or permanently), given greater space in another area(no, not a ghetto), and the resources they needed (medical etc) to survive.

  3.  @dantan1249  They need to distance themselves, which for some families, but not all, can be very difficult. Imagine a family of 4 having to keep their distance(6 feet minimum)in a 3 bedroom/1 bathroom house? Brutal. Times like this I'm glad I'm divorced. In other ways, I wish I had her here.
