  1. This happened in the other communist dystopic "colony" called Canada. They decided that there were not enough "cultures" visiting the forests and so decided to push as much as they could to get other "cultures" into the countryside. We already know certain groups go to bathroom ON the beach, so why not let them go to the loo in the forests, moors, streams, trails, etc.
