  1. I always like to point out that it isn't a Food Industry...it's an Eating Industry. What they're SELLING isn't FOOD, but rather EATABLES. I stopped eating ultra processed/ processed foods, bread, sugar and carbs over 3 months ago and so far I've lost close to 25lbs. It's interesting how your perception of FOOD changes. Now you eat food as a FUELING mechanism rather than a FILLING mechanism. 😊
