  1. 2 to 3 tactical nukes is all it would/will take. He has nothing in terms of a real nuclear threat. There will be no nuclear holocaust but a big chunk of land for China to add to its realm. Russia will do nothing nor will China. Regarding the North Koreans. They're already dead. We just need to kill that thing you have the nerve to call a leader.
