  3. Closer to 50%+. The other 40% are sociopathic. Milgram already proved what humanity is as a whole. What does one say about SYSTEMS? A system that allows murderers/rapists back out onto the streets so they can repeat their crimes? A system which BAILS out murderers/drug dealers/rapists? A system that allows the entire world's population to be used as lab rats in an experiment and gives the experimenters immunity? A system that gives a government organs qualified immunity? Not 1%. Not 4%. Not even close. What of law? Laws are the get out of jail free card for psycho/sociopaths. Why are there so many laws/tenets/edicts? Humanity can't recognize itself in a mirror. Watch the other cars on a highway. How many are driving over the limit? 60%. 70%. 80%?
