He went on a bus and during the trip stabbed, decapitated and CONSUMED part of a young man named Tim McLean. He was committed to an institution, given new drugs, was RELEASED under the direction of a psychologist?????? and now has a new name. That's Canada. Think of it as China with a safety net that has a giant HOLE in it.
