The mentally ill who, due to a lack of legislation (no one can be FORCED into treatment) and their own addictions/conditions stay on the street until they die. 70%. 3. The homeless who want nothing to do with society BUT want society to provide them with practically everything else. These individuals can be viewed as a portion of section 2 but not always. 25%. So...how do you "solve" this problem? You don't. The 5% who are FIGHTERS will stay off the streets because they care enough about themselves to do it. The other 95%?

  20. @ People that go to an airport typically will get there 4 hours EARLIER due to inclement conditions. If I work for $18-$20 per hour and my shift starts at 7:00am, you want me to get up at 3:00am to travel from Ajax, Whitby or Pickering? The Go Train doesn't start till 5:00am for most stations and then doesn't always work. See, if they paid people $25+ an hour and made sure to hire people that live within a 1-4 kilometer circle, they would be less likely to have people call in due to weather. Also, you're not going to get very far hiring lazy people.
