  1. At this very moment there are HUNDREDS of empty office spaces in downtown Toronto. If not thousands. Why are they empty? Unfettered contracts given to corrupt offshore realtors and council members who KNEW there was never going to be anyone to use them. Look at China's ghost cities. Toronto is chock a block with hundreds of empty spaces that would make for affordable housing. They know it. I know it. You know it. By law, tell these oligarchs that if the spaces are not OCCUPIED within the next year, you seize them and turn them into homes. Forget the zoning by-laws and bullshit fake rules created by these mobsters. Hire the crews. Refit. Do it. NOW!
