  2.  @thedevilsadvodkate  I see. Uttering a terrorist threat against other people is a joke, is it? Their brains aren't fully formed. Funny, when I was in my teens I never assaulted anyone, uttered murder threats, raped, robbed. Big difference between threatening to murder people and drinking a beer in the park at 15. But, being an NPC it's programming is faulty. I understand.
