The fact is the majority of human beings, whether they're driving a car, bike, e-scooter, etc are narcissistic sociopaths who could give a flying F about regulations OR the safety of their fellow human beings. Average speed on the 401 or other major highways? 140-160kph. 30 to 50 kph over the speed limit. Signalling my intentions? 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 For every turd that gets caught "stunt" driving, there are 50 that don't. Stop signs. I don't stop for stop signs. I'm a cyclist. I'm a pedestrian. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 I've seen people knocked out of their shoes by cyclists. Whilst driving I've seen them cross on a red openly defying people to hit them. E-scooters doing 40kph on a sidewalk. Why are people surprised? As a famous philosopher once stated: The good have no need of laws to tell them to act responsibly. The bad have no need of laws because they will break them anyway.
