  1. Eventually they'll refuse anybody not tied to THE SYSTEM. So, if one is a major conglomerate insurance will not be an issue. If one is a small unit farmer and climate change(the catch-all for refusal) you will be denied insurance or the cost will be too prohibitive. Wait till they jack the insurance on gas powered vehicles(which is also coming).
