  1. Questions for the average Canadian who elected these fascists. Why did you OKAY the not withstanding clause when your STANDING government(s) at the time elected to insert it in the Charter? This isn't merely a problem with a Conservative government. This crosses the floor to the other main parties. They ALL had a hand in its creation. Look at the very first section of the Charter. It abrogates all other PRIVILEGES in the face of an existential threat, which most government(s) DID during the "pandemic", even though they never PROVED it was an existential threat. One thing some Canadians are learning right now is that you've NEVER lived in a "free" country. That's a myth.
