If I go to an opthamologist in Canada to get my eyes tested and I choose contact lenses with them as the provider (and they will REFUSE to give me my prescription for said contacts) they will charge me 100% markup on those contacts. Guaranteed. If I choose to purchase glasses with them and they know I have insurance they will charge me the maximum allowed under my plan. Again, at 100% markup.

  2. Walk into any major university and see who funds the research in the pharmacology department. They're in the business of keeping you sick. The HEALTH business is SNAKE OIL, from the "alternative" side to Big Pharm. At one time, at the birth of medicine, scientists were in the business of exploration and curatives. Think Fleming, Lister, etc. Not anymore.
