  11. In Canada we have a youth justice act which GUARANTEES those under 18 can MURDER, RAPE and ROB with immunity. The MOST time a teen under 18 can expect to serve for murdering his/her family is 3 years. 3...years.

We have the Youth Criminal Justice Act, which gives almost complete blanket immunity to those under 18 who commit murder, rape, theft, etc etc etc. The typical sentence for murder for those under 18 is 3 years. This is why gangs(specifically of one "culture", utilize teenagers in Canada to commit hits because they'll have a steady supply. Plus, there is a bonus for these "children".
