  1. We need you back, sir. Make sure you get your vitamin D3 levels way up, this is a big, big problem with so many auto-immune diseases. And so few doctors actually know about this. Please have that levels checked, and take 20,000 IU daily for a couple of months until the summer-sun re-appears. Same for Mikhaila. Please read jeff T. Bowles's book about vitamin D. So cheap, and such a damn effective cure for so many diseases. The enormous power of the sun hardly anybody knows about. Hope to see you back soon!
