W@nker! 😁

Real food doesn't need any labels. With a diet of meat and veggies diabetes T2 can be reversed in a couple of weeks.
17
Exactly, it's a crazy idea to add bulk to a congestion. Constipation is caused by eating not enough fat and too much fibers and carbs. Just add the butter and you'll be fine.
7
@Beckie Ashe Adding (real) butter (or any saturated fat) to your diet makes bowelmovements much easier. Don't be afraid of fat, it's vital for us.
6
I was used to get burned within 15 minutes also, now I can stay for hours. Only thing I changed was my diet: no more refined seed oils, and low on carbs.
6
@thomaslindsey7685 It's good to have a plan before you go grocery shopping. ;)
4
@ThatGuy-kz3fx They all break down to sugar, actually. We can easily skip them altogether, we don't even need them.
3
It's because you have to change your eating habits. Less fiber, more fat. Add the butter, and eat the fatty meat. Fiber just makes things worse.
3
Changing your diet makes up for 90% of any liffestyle change plan. Exersise just a very small portion.
3
You have a wise doctor.
2
He is wrong but so are you. A low fat low animal protein diet is not sustainable in the long run.
2
@curtislavoie2242 lol .. Preceded by lots of doctors-, drugs- and supplement bills. Not to mention agony. I can relate to vegans for ethical reasons, but if you're doing it for health reasons then you better think twice and thrice.
2
@courtneytatefigueroa1172 It's mainly getting rid of the industrially refined seed oils, replacing these with butter/ ghee/ coconut oil (saturated fats) is the main reason this happens. Cholesterol plays a big part in the skin for vitamin D absorption, saturated fats have them. Sunburns are not really burns of the skin, it's an inflammatory response of the body, fed by seed oils and too high glucose levels. Crazy stuff, right?
2
Because you heard it on the internet now? 🧐
2
30 minutes around noon, when the sun is on the highest point.
2
Pains, inflammation, sore bones, bleeding gums ...
2
That has never been established. Some kids got nauseous after having equivalents of 600,000 to 1M IU's per day, because of a fabrication error. They were taken to hospital, and were just fine after 2 days. Too much of anything ain't good, 6 liters of water will kill you, but vitamin D is a safe supplement.
2
If your bones are sore 3000 IU is way too little. I would take 20,000 to 40,000 until the pain goes away. Ans have your levels tested every few months to see how your body responds.
2
Meat, oysters and eggs.
2
@KamrulHasan-zq2wc If you eat real food (lots of meat and fatty fish) and get out into the sun more often you can happily have your coffee without problems.
2
Roughly between 10:00 and 14:00 is the time UVB is the strongest. Have your lunch in the sun.
2
If your main goal is weight loss you should definitely look into ketogenic diets. Working out will only attribgute 15% to weight loss at most. It's all about food choices. Less carbs, no sugar. That's the only sustainable way to lose weight.
2
@Latoree33 Are you interested in getting rid of your arthritis? And lose weight at the same time as a bonus? Read Phil Escot's book 'Arthritis, the best thing that happened to me.'
2
Yes, pharmaceutical drugs are mostly horrible. and never address the cause. You are most welcome, please also do your own research using the pointers and names I mentioned. Phil Escot also has videos on his youtube channel. Tske it from there and run with it, you will most likely be amazed.
2
@Latoree33 Awesome. Also read the comments under these videos. So many testimonials, might you be in doubt. So many people changed their lives by just changing the food choices. I'm not saying it's easy, but it's pretty simple. I hope you have a speedy recovery, it was nice chatting with you.
2
@Latoree33 Modern medicine is organised evil. I'm not even exaggerating. The food industry makes us sick and weak, pharma keeps us even sicker and weaker. We desperately need to take control over our health ourselves. And we can, it's actually even pretty simple, for free and pain free. The most difficult part is getting rid of our carb/ sugar addictions. It's programmed in from the day we were babies. The first food a baby gets after (hopefully) breast feeding is sugary fruit instead of a sparerib or some ground beef.. That's where it already starts at age 2, doing damage until we age and develop all kinds of conditions. (like cancer, arthritis, obesity, diabetes etc.) The positive thing is we can turn it around and reverse our aging.
2
@Latoree33 I suspect you have a lot of inflammation going on in your body. Change your diet to low carb/ high animal fat, spend time in the sun for vitamin D, and you will be amazed, even for nerve pains. Just give it a go for a month, and decide then.
2
@Latoree33 The last thing I forgot to add and that's really important: Do get rid of liquid vegetable seed oils for cooking, these are also very damaging. Always cook in butter, lard or tallow. Could you imagine saturated fats are actually healthy? Everything we were (and are) told about foods are just plain lies.
2
@Latoree33 👍
2
D2 needs to be converted in the body to D3, and the conversion rate is very poorly. Supplementing D3 is way better.
2
Yes, there is truth to that, absolutely. The nutritional profiles of animal organs are the ideal ones for the organs of our own bodies.
2
They're not. Vit D is usually D2, that has a poor conversion ratio to D3 in your body. Take D3 if you can.
2
It's true, dark skinned people have lots of trouble getting enough sunlight on the northern hemisphere. And the supplements are usually way too low to have an effect. Amazon sells higher concentrated D3 pills, like 10,000 and 20,000 IU.
1
Well said. And it can be reversed very fast by eating a ketogenic diet.
1
@theanatomylab Wouldn't you have to agree it's much simpler to stop eating any form of sugar and/or carbs? We can perfectly do without. In fact: we'd only get healthier.
1
It's the same as white people getting brown in the sun.
1
You probably have a diet with little 'vegetable oils' and carbs?
1
@dragongoddess6182 You ate and drank all that garbage food without getting a sunburn? Then you're special!
1
@dragongoddess6182 Ok, that makes sense, you were constantly burning off lots of the carbs you ate with the physical work you did. Refined seed oils are not supposed to serve as food. These get oxidized during the industrial process, often even before they are bottled. Originally these were used as industrial lubricants, that's where they should have stayed.
1
Indeed. And outside!

@2KDUDE22 Certainly, Dan. But I would narrow that down to a fat-to-protein ratio. You don't need any carb in your diet, no matter how much you work out. Sugar/ carbs just cause damage in all of the body cells. Unless you work out vigorously, that mitigates the damaging effects somewhat. Maybe check out Shawn Baker on YT, a world record holder on rowing at age 52, or Anthony Chafee, killing it in national rugby teams. Both never have carbs whatsoever.
1
It does, we need to expose our skin to the sun as much as possible. (no sunscreen.)
1
How can the sun burn us this much? Can it also get to 2nd and 3rd grade?
1
@theanatomylab Thanks. I've read many anecdotes from people who changed their fat intake from seed oils to saturated fats. They claim it's the cholesterol that plays a protective role against UV (among other things, like vitamin D production and also nitric oxide.) Any thoughts on that?
1
lol. And they also use it as a cure for mid term erections.
1
It depends on the amount of skin you expose, your age and skin colour. For young white people 15 minutes can be enough, if you're dark skinned or older maybe 30 minutes to an hour.
1
@courtneytatefigueroa1172 For what it's worth: I used to burn pretty quickly until I switched to a keto/carnivore way of eating. Now I can stay in the sun for literally multiple hours. I just tan, never burn anymore. It sounds crazy, but many keto/carnivore people have reported the same phenomenon.
1
If you're healthy, 10,000 IU during the dark seasonal periods is usually enough. Have your levels tested to be sure.
1
Science is mixing up correlation and causation. It's not the body fat that is causing disease, it's ultra processed junk foods that cause both.
