Both are the result of a crappy diet. It's that simple. But hard for people to resolve. We're addicted to carbs and sugar. A keto or carnivore diet will help massively. Just trie it for a month, you can always resume your carbs if you don't like the results.

@factsdontlie4342 What did your diet look like in your attempt to rid your anxiety and depression? On a ketovore/ carnivore diet you should have had serious positive results. If you went the vegan route I understand why it got worse.

@topsham69 It's a way more natural approach. Our ancestors didn't go hunting 6 times per day for their meals and snacks. It's all craziness that people like Kellog made us believe. Besides the carbs, the refined seed oils are also a health hazard of enormous proportions.

@FeonaFerrall Yeah, it's horrible. We're being poisoned left, right and center. Maybe consult a tick again to come up with a solution. Me, I run marathons on universal energy by just breathing.

@FeonaFerrall I have heard and read about it, but I have a hard time believing it's a real thing. I think it's psychosomatic. It solely occurs with people that don't like the idea of eating animals. I believe it's the body reacting to that. Beliefs can f* people up pretty badly. We have to realize mankind has evolved for millions of years eating a hyper carnivore diet. We need animal flesh to stay healthy, there's no two ways about it. I would advise you to at least incorporate eggs into your diet, and cheese. You need the amino acids and saturated fatty acids to stay healthy and thrive.

@007arek Indeed. The rule is people stuffing all sorts of crappy foods down their necks, as ordered by the 'scientists.' If the gut is not healthy, nor will be your brain.

@VaughnMalecki But you still kept hanging in the low carb for 6.5 years. Why? You couldn't have sustained for so long if you haven't noticed any progress during that time, right? You're the first one I met with these symptoms, by the way, it's exactly the opposite with the hundreds of carnivores that I know personally and the thousands of testimonials that I've read and watched. Maybe you're special. ;) Were you on medicines during this phase in your life, maybe? I'm glad you found your way out of your misery, though.

@VaughnMalecki Sorry, I mistook you for someone else that replied. We're cycling in and out of ketosis every day. Yes, we might be poisoned with lots of things, but the only (and most important) one are the lies about food. And what we eat we do (still) have some control over. Our bodies need the best nutrient dense foods to make up for all the shit we have no control over, yet they advise us to eat the most inflammatory junk ever.

@FeonaFerrall Well that's budget fiendly, I alwsys found ticks were the most clever species on earth. Personaly I don't trust water either, fish have sex in it. I have become a breatharian 17 tears ago and never felt better.

@FeonaFerrall A healthy dog (or human) doesn't get sick from a tick byte. Dogs stem from the wolves, full carnivores. How much raw meat are you feeding your dog? Or do you rather keep paying the vet-bills? Then feed him the commercial kibble crap. How did they diagnose Lyme with your dog, by the way?

@FeonaFerrall I totally understand it's hard for people to grasp that we and our pets are supposed to eat meat, after all these decades of Disney propaganda, vegan agendas and brainwashing. I'm not a vet or doctor, but I studied nutrition a hell of a lot more than the regular MD or vet has, and I have a diploma. Have you? They are thinking in drugs and interventions, I think in health. So yeah, that's a difference. Which would be the more natural way, you think? And about your blood tests: I don't know what they tested for, but no scientist ever has actually seen the 'Epstein-Barr' 'virus.' Think about that. Lyme is a theory, a model, never been proven. And all the symptoms disappear on a carnivore diet. Weird, eh? Whenever they don't have a diagnose and vague symptoms they can call it 'Lyme.' Same thing that happened with the recent virus 'outbreaks,' where it was the same thing: Old and sick people died from it only.

@annigard8 Still it's true. I've seen it happen. They call the gut 'the second brain.' There are hundreds of nerves connecting the gut with the brain. You cannot rid mental problems without addressing the diet first. Watch one of Georgia Ede's talks on the psychiatric effect of food and gut health on several psychiatric conditions, if you're interested.

@ranjittyagi9354 Absolutely. I know many people who litterally ate themselves out of long lasting depressions. Sometimes within a couple of weeks, even. By just changing their food intake.
