@crystalc8254 You're welcome, Crystal. Don't wait too long, the earlier you start, the better the outcomes. You can actually stop the damaging of your brain and body, and stop the lesions for expanding, even get them to diminish for quite a bit. Try and find a good doctor who is familiar with high dose vitamin D3, Magnesium and vitamin K2 treatment. Trying to find a doctor practising the Coimbra protocol is your best bet. If you add a keto/ carnivore diet, combined with Intermittent Fasting, this would be magical.
There's a lot of very good information on Dr. Berg his YT channel, do check it out. And be good, and get even better!

@mem1701movies Most internet docs advise 2,000 to 5,000 IU's per day, while 5,000 might well be the bare minimum for someone that goes outside a lot. Why not advise 20,000 I wonder, that's the equivalent of 20 minutes of sunshine per day on your unprotected skin. That can't be bad? You should probably combine it with vitamin K2 for calcium distribution, but these mostly come combined already. The only reports I have seen were on young kids given a dose that exceeds 1,000,000 IU's, and they were only nauseous. Someone screwed up the recipe during manufacturing. After 2 days they were just fine. So I wonder what Dr. Ekberg is basing his dose advise on.

@extrospectivezak You have some pretty strange ideas about the way a rancher treats his cattle. Have you ever been on a farm? Probably not, but if so: have you seen traumatized cows there? Do you think that would be in the interest of the farmer? Stressed cows don't eat, so they don't yield anything. It is very important to let the animals lead the best possible life, also from a business point of view. For everything we eat, something has to die first. The only exception is fruit. But fruits are also heavily sprayed with toxins that wipe out many smaller organisms and make birds sick.
And what about crop protection? How many animals are shot to protect a field?
For the life of 1 cow I can eat for a year. How many organisms, insects, herbivores and birds have been killed for your bowl of lettuce? And that x365? What happens to the quality of the soil your grains grow on? You think that depleting the soil is sustainable? Well it isn't, nature needs the poop and pee from ruminant animals as natural fertilizer, my friend. And what does the fact you have to heavily supplement B12 and such tell you? It's time to wake up, my friend, the plant based movement is actively ruining the planet.

@FeonaFerrall I totally understand it's hard for people to grasp that we and our pets are supposed to eat meat, after all these decades of Disney propaganda, vegan agendas and brainwashing. I'm not a vet or doctor, but I studied nutrition a hell of a lot more than the regular MD or vet has, and I have a diploma. Have you? They are thinking in drugs and interventions, I think in health. So yeah, that's a difference. Which would be the more natural way, you think?
And about your blood tests: I don't know what they tested for, but no scientist ever has actually seen the 'Epstein-Barr' 'virus.' Think about that. Lyme is a theory, a model, never been proven. And all the symptoms disappear on a carnivore diet. Weird, eh? Whenever they don't have a diagnose and vague symptoms they can call it 'Lyme.' Same thing that happened with the recent virus 'outbreaks,' where it was the same thing: Old and sick people died from it only.

Get your vitamin D levels up, 10,000 IU p/d during the autumn/ winter. Locking up healthy people, and vaccinating them for some 'virus' that has not killed more people than the flu does every year, and destroying the entire economy with it? It's laughable people really believe that.
This is not about a virus, this so called virus is used as a vehicle to lead the sheep into 'the great reset.' Sheep in fear will follow willingly.
This is not a theory or an opinion, see for yourself on the World Economic Forum website. The top 1% gathers in Davos, Switserland annually, just look at their 'Sustainable Development Goals.' It's all set up for us to comply to the new world order. They don't even hide it, it's all in the open, but it's so severe people can't even look at it, let alone believing it's actually true. Do your research, friends, please!
