  1. Probably vastly over rated like most Russian equipment. Even the armour / reactive armour argument is weak. Most decent hits will either render the vehicle immobile by damaging tracks/wheel or do sufficient damage to wreck sensors etc so seriously degrading the vehicle operation. If production numbers remain low, then the vehicle isn't a major threat.
