  1. Yo Pat, one thing I can tell you is that the people in school are brainwashed. I did 1 year of college back in 2008 and I havent looked back. The more I listen to people who have "been there and done that" like yourself, the more I just chuckle at the folks who are piling on the debt, spending the best years of their life working to make others rich, getting a degree that may OR may not be in demand and - to top it all off - actually having the audacity to tell me what I'm doing is wrong. I may not be a millionaire but, for a player who is late to the game, I'm making less now per year then I was when I was 21 and I've accumulated more savings in 3 years with these strategies then I did in the past 12 years. I have 3 rules that I have used before finding your video, those rules are: dedication, focus and discipline. Thanks for the video.
