  5. Make sure your car works. The smoke will reach you before the fire and at that point, you're in big trouble. Smoke will cause breathing and vision problems.

  6. Why don't we just have gigantic turrets, like in a war but instead of bullets they fire water. And, we set up the turrets by the fire zones. When the fires start, we fire the turrets. They are remotely controlled with smart phones and have cameras for live coverage of the blazes. We bombard the fire with constant water from the turrets. No humans are affected due to remoteness. And the turrets stand tall as saviors for these dilemas

  18. ​ @cdnbcn6164  Not fire walls. They just have huge, turret-like structures, with water cannons the likes people have never seen. Imagine a building 8 stories high, with multiple cannons on every floor, that continue to fire at directly what fire approaches the city. Even if the fire got out of control, the turrets would provide coverage and buy people time to escape.
