  6.  @NealGrignon-j8l  he has ras of a crime assult. He came up and saw him putting his hands on her on top of the nine one one call that’s ras of at a minimum assult. Now that charge may never go anywhere but there’s ras for it. The cop is allowed to stop an active assault (or battery) if he sees one. Which he articulated multiple times is what he saw when he walked up.
