healthcare first existed in the Soviet Union in 1918. In 1948, Article 25 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) stipulates that health is a human right that cannot be capitalized or given a price tag. And after 100 years, healthcare is in 194 countries out of 195 countries in the world, including North Korea. except the USA which still puts a price tag on health. for the reason that this is healthcare is a crime of communism

@23GreyFox it's not universal health care. it's still similar to medical and medicare that is still specialized by a certain group, not like universal health care where the homeless and tourists or foreign nationals can have the right to health. in the United States you can lose your health insurance if you lose your job
1
@23GreyFox So what do you mean by universal healthcare? Is it like in the United States, if you have money, you can live without money. Just die at home, even people are afraid to call an ambulance
1
@23GreyFox or like in 1933-1945 in Germany where only white people and Aryans were allowed to get health in Germany. or in the United States before 1960 black slaves were not allowed to enter proper hospitals
