  1. Well Florida failed to protect it. And it will all be worked out.. why? because municipalities love tax revenue. Just look at our Coasts.. hurricanes destroy housing all the time and it all gets rebuilt if not redesigned to newer standards so it can continue. Nothing to see here its business as usual.
