The queue for the charging stations for these electric cars will be worse than the queue they SAY we can expect at Dover docks, how long will it take to recharge 1 car for a 800km trip? 30,000 hectares per year for replanting?where`s all this land coming from? we have a fraction of what we had back in the days of ww2, if we have another war what do we do eat? THE TREES?

  2.  @exert2020  So we will have to run an extension lead out of the window if we don`t have a garage or we can pay for our shopping whilst paying for our parking and then pay once more for an over inflated top up for the car, the electric car will be more difficult for the hard of hearing and old folk to dodge because they didn`t hear it coming, i live by the belief that the devil i know is friendlier than the one i don`t. As for the land, the WAR AG told farmers to dig up more than they were back then, we have developed Britain so much over the last 70yrs we could never do it again. Governments are always just wanting the "Quick buck" and never plan for the worst case scenario.
