at the start the woman say`s "the police officer said , you need to calm down, you need to calm down" she must of been hysterical or something that, how was the copper to know at a split second glance if she was coming at him with something? but the woman states the girl hadn`t even raised her voice. should the copper just wait till after he is possibly stabbed? or retaliate first then ask questions?
