I am surprised they did not try to make an AK conversion kit for the US. I am sure that would had sold well. It looks neat, and that is really all it needs to do for such a market. I kind of see why the military passed it up though. It does not really do anything their current service rifle did, except maybe be slightly shorter, and it losses a few things, like easy magazine insertion.
