@macdonaldmaurice They are already run by elite Estonians , Harvard university educated, public schools and of course the awful boarding schools where rich kids are sent away so their educated parents can not be blamed for their upbringing and bad attitudes

@macdonaldmaurice My personal experience is quite the opposite as my son is a millionaire, my daughters all work in professional jobs and it all down to their mother who lives in extreme poverty
