  1. Take a look at the Cleveland Clinic fire in 1929 when a fire started in the basement storage vault for nitrate x-rays. It spread throughout the building due to the same series of mistakes made in the 1978 fire. The difference with this fire was 123 people died, mostly from poison gas inhalation.
