  2.  David Single  I can't tell if you're trolling, but New Zealand has nothing official to do with American Samoa. Auckland is the capital of New Zealand while Pago Pago is the capital of American Samoa.

  3.  David Single  You must be thinking of Samoa rather then American Samoa. The county of Samoa became independent from New Zealand in 1962. They are a member of the Commonwealth so I suppose NZ does give them a hand with things, but the capital is Apia, not Auckland. It seems you need to look things up rather than listen to whatever Samoans you've been listening to.

  4.  David Single  No, you never mentioned any slaves and a Samoan politician until your last post. You only asked about if Auckland was the capital of American Samoa and if is was part of NZ. I have no idea how my answer was rude or insulting. I just gave you the facts. If you have information anything I wrote was wrong, I'm all ears.

  5.  @lizj5740  The population of Samoa is 202,000. The number of Samoans living in NZ is 65,000. There are obviously more So moans living in Samoa than NZ.
