This goofball Rose is only saying what he thinks all these small business owners who vote and contribute to his campaign. We don';t need the SPA to make more PPE's for small businesses. People will naturally stay away from each other. We don't need everyone wearing fear masks and gloves. That's pure virtue signaling.
